It's funny how we all find it very easy to blame 'greedy bankers' for the state of the world economies, however, in business we also have had our part to play. The article makes some good observations about the impact of organisations focusing excessively on top talent and the impact that has had on organisational culture. No wonder employees find it difficult to engage with companies.
